IT'S SIGNED, but not sure if it's the owners name or not? 2019-04-04-15-35-50.jpg 2019-04-04-15-36-11.jpg 2019-04-04-15-36-30.jpg

The blank was made by Tressemann & Vogt, a factory in the Limoges region of France, circa 1892-1907. I'm afraid only the hobbyist knows when it was painted.

Those look like doughnut white peaches, with that base and stalk joint, and the shape. They often don't have creases.
