Little basket, sterling. What is this part of?

    Going through some old sterling, this is completely unmarked but tests for silver. What would this have been part of? Bottom section is approx 4" long.

    Appears the base was broken off (where it would have been marked)...

    Tussy Mussy, there are a few different spellings of this, not sure if yours is considered that but figured I would throw it out there.

    also might be part of a centerpiece / epergne with hanging bon bon baskets
    Here is photo of one with different shaped baskets, but i think i've seen some with cone shaped ones as well. epergne.jpg
