Looking for info on 'Minolta' piece

    Hi, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if someone could help me. We recently found these while cleaning out a relative's home. I have tried to find out more about them online, but when I search 'Minolta', as in the green piece, it just shows up results for the camera company of the same name! I don't know how to search for the other one as I'm note sure if it is japanese or chinese. Any help on identify manufacturer or value would be much appreciated, thank you very much.

    The Chinese mark says Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi. See gotheborg.com, click on Chinese marks on the left menu.
