It is my favorite part of this job. I have found several of these little dogs. All a little different. Some have some interesting hallmarks but I am not familiar with them off hand. I remember my great grandmother having some dogs like this but I don't think hers were as nice. They didn't have any marks that for sure. One is made of cast iron or something and it looks like it says Great Smokey Mountains. Maybe a souvenir from a trip? Anyways, the are cuter than the hippo.
