Featured Maastricht Spoon Storage Porcelain?

    Hello guys,i just got this item this week.I do knew about the date,and its information about maastricht,cause maastricht kinda famous here for antique collectors.But there's one thing that i'm curious about,what the use of this porcelain?the seller said it's for spoon storage,is it correct or do it have more specific name?any helps,will be appreciated!

    The slits on the sides (for ventilation) and the interior pieces to keep something from sitting on the bottom make me think soap storage, not for spoons.

    It is very pretty, S Wolf. I would guess a toothbrush holder could make sense.
    I can't find anything on Regout's Maas series, other than a mention that someone has it in her display case. Nice for her, no use for you.

    i also think the slits on the side were made for purpose,like for something that wet,so maybe the soap or razor will make sense,:bookworm::bookworm:

    I have no idea, this is the first time I've come across it. I googled different possibilities in Dutch, no result.:(
    Razor is scheermes, a literal translation of razor box is scheermesdoos, that could be it, but I don't know for sure.
