and it should be written like:
De Fuisseaux bisque dolls head if you google it, it is remarkeble the same style. At least i think.

 

well people, the mystery has been solved. i talked to the shop owner where i bought the heads and the heads where made by a female artist and commissioned by someone. The shop owner had to clear everything out .
