From what I have seen on-line, the 925 mark is for Russian silver, but I can't find what the other mark is. I saw one other example on-line but it was not identified. The ring is gold in color, so I don't know if the mark is for the gold plate thickness/quality, or a maker's mark, or something else. I've been around in circles on-line, any help appreciated.

Sweet ring, drg, and recognizably Russian. The 925 mark is post-1958 Soviet period. For the other mark I'll tag @Aznathalie for you.
