Marked Blue & White Octagonal Asian Bowl: Anything?

It's 5 5/8" across the flats, 1 3/4" high, 3 1/2" foot rim; weight is 9 1/2 oz. The kiln flaw in pic 2 is in pic 7, enlarged. The 8 appliqué panels are all blurred, but the central 2 circles appear to be hand-done, as is the mark on the foot; all the blue is underglaze, including the mark. There is wear inside, but very minor. Is the mark an 'honorific'? Thanks for lookin'!
