I love when the artist gives you everything you need to know to research his or her work.
    Painting is 9" x 11" frame is 20" x 22"
First it is signed clearly on the front L Speck
Then the title and where it is hand written by him on the back.
Finally the sticker from his gallery with original price tag.
Now to find out what it's worth.

Legible signature, title, contact information and gallery price. Mighty neighborly of him, isn't it? (Another quatrefoil too. Been a theme all week.)

Loran Speck was the Brother of famous landscape artist Gene Speck. I have a Gene Speck print somewhere.

    Nice little country pad!
Sudeley Castle & Gardens is the only private castle in England to have a queen buried within its grounds – Katherine Parr, the last of Henry VIII’s six wives.

It's beautiful. I can see why an artist would be drawn to it.

Two auction houses have contacted me back. Both really low 250-500 and 400-600. But at least i know it is worth a lot more than $6.00 lol. Ill have to think on it.

I just sold a $6 thrift store print for $380. Was pretty happy about the return. Although I had an offer on it the night before that made me realize once and for all I was going to keep it. Guess I shouldn’t have waited until the next day to take it down. Can’t sneeze at the profit though.

Dropped this off for auction last week. That makes two paintings total cost $10.00
    Both starting 250-500..
