Medical Tool? Spreader?

    Images like those are what originally made me think medical/veterinarian usage of some sort.

    Hand strength tester is as good a guess as any it seems.

    I think I might register on reddit and post on their r/whatisthisthing/ group. Lots of eyes there and i've seen some really weird/oddball things identified.
