Featured Meridien silver plated bud vase w/ EAPG? glass insert

I know the silver-plated portion of this piece has condition issues but before I send it on its way I wanted to run it past the group here.

The glass insert has a zipper-style pattern but I could not find anything. Hopefully, @TallCakes will help me out with that part.

The vase portion is 7 5/8" tall & is 1 3/4" across the top.

The holder is 5 7/8" tall, 3 1/4" across the tree & 2 7/8" across the bottom. Also, does anyone know what the lady is supposed to symbolize?

I think you are correct on who the figure is supposed to represent. That does look like a mirror in her right hand.

not seeing any exact matches either... same for your perfume bottle...

try also checking motifs for:
notches/slits
ribs/columns
ladders/zippers
