Featured mexican jewelry marking?

    Can anyone help me out with this marking??

    Looks like a face? Cannot make out the letters in the stamp. Maybe if I could find my loupe

    That particular eagle was used from the mid-50s until the late 70s. (call it 1956-1978) The maker's name may be lost to time.

    The initials of the maker could be EOR. The initials are mentioned in my Mexican marks book, without identification.:(
