Iznik style, although I'm not sure if it is from Iznik itself. It is beautiful.

Fyi, cobalt blue + turquoise and stylized carnations, tulips and feathers are design elements of Iznik (or Iznik-style) pottery.

The feathers are actually feathery leaves.;)
Iznik also often uses a brick/terracotta colour.

Nice, and certainly has the Iznik look, the flat base is throwing me off though. Certainly looks like an older one too, not a 20th century one from Morocco.

I have been looking at Ottoman ceramics online and in the book "Ceramics from Islamic Lands".
I think your vase or jug could be provincial Ottoman, Iznik style. The main provincial centres working in the Iznik style were the Kurdish city of Diyarbakir, and Damascus, Syria.

The Ottoman period is a long one, and Iznik style ceramics were made from early on.
I am no expert, and can only advise you to contact a museum specialised in Turkish or "Islamic" ceramics to ask if they can tell you more about it.

You could be pleasantly surprised, I certainly hope you will be.:)
Will you let us know what they say?
