Mica pottery, little help please

    Hello. I have this beautiful little pitcher for awhile. Based on my research it is Mica clay. It has very nice metallic luster, very pretty, about 4” tall and 5” wide. 24F4289F-ACAE-47E3-BAFB-0A35782951B0.jpeg AFD5B71D-A591-491F-B496-B6878440FB13.jpeg Can you please confirm if the signature is R. Stout and if the year is 1990 or 1970. Thanks
