Also, the fabric on the bottom base is stapled very amateurishly. I havent pulled it off to see if I can find where different legs or a base may have been attached.</p><p><br /></p><p>I even want to say when looking at the chair I feel like it may have originally been a swivel base.</p><p><br /></p><p>The rest of it has a high quality feel to it.
