I know this process of photography was mostly in use from the 1850’s into the early 1900’s and usually were mounted on a thicker card backing, because the actual photo paper was fairly thin. And I believe the photos were available in various sizing. I’ve seen different kinds of fade, and colour changes to these, a few of the green-ish tint.
