    Hello again folks!

Sorry to bother you, again... I feel so stupid already (another post is coming too), but I can't identify few more things. Google picture search isn't that helpful either. :(

Got these two vases from Belgium and would like to know more about them. Who's the maker, how old are they etc. I kind of like them :)

    Thank you!

You are correct, they are modern, very late 20th or even 21st C. An awful amount of work goes into them though, imagine how much you would have to pay a pottery to make them in Europe or the US. In many years time they probably will increase in value, but for now they are just second hand items.

Thanks a lot for your input :)
I really can't imagine the time and effort to make these. So much detail on them.
Is there a name for the technique or name for the maker? I would like to research vases like this that are actually worth something today.

    Thanks!
    Erik

Afaik there are not any guides in English to where these come from. As they are recent you can probably research them but you would need to know Chinese and be able to use Baidu effectively. They are commercial products rather than collectors items so you would need to trawl pottery factories in China and their agents, exporters and resellers (the names may be from brands or agents as well as factories, you often see the same design with different names). It is common for Chinese factories to custom brand an item for you even in low volumes, they are very accommodating for this kind of work but it makes tracing the origin very difficult.
