Modernist Painting Signed Pichardo

Can't find anything on the artist so I was thinking to contact the gallery but I'm a bit confused.
The stamp on the back reads " Frame World Gallery 8733 S.W. 136 Street", phone 378-8892
At this address currently is a place called "Frame Art Inc"

There is a different website for "Frame Art" with same addresses and phones as the one above.

So, seems like they are the same although one says founded in 1980 and the other 1978/79.

There is a also "Frame World Gallery" also in Boca Raton but different address and specialized in Antique and Vintage Posters.

Maybe I should contact both?

 

I would try the one in Miami first. Same address and same phone number.
