Murano type glass fish figure or paperweight

    Picked this up at the thrift the other day. Just slightly over 8" tall and 5" wide. Attached molded disk for a base. Odd texture to the glass as can be seen in the last picture. Considered a paperweight at this size? Any ideas of orign or age?

    Almost certainly Romania with that spatter colour.
