Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I like Gracie and Nicky, as Greg mentioned...

Or better yet Gracie and George, since I think we're all old enough to get the reference.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

I'm SO sorry for your loss Evelyb30.....it always hurts to have to send along one of our 'fur' babies.....but I'd never NOT get another because of the hurt.....their pure love is SO unconditional....in time you can maybe rescue a 'bandaid'......in fact, that's a pretty GOOD name!!!!!

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

I just love the things you say, Aquitaine. And the way you say them. You're just great to have around. And I'm not saying that just because you gave me my ever-handy surrender-flag! Although that did go a long way. Okay, I'm PARTLY saying it because of that.

    EDIT
    See? I needed it again.

    Hi Evelyb,
I swore that I was not getting anymore cats. Ricky and Lucy were supposed to outlive me. I could not stand the heartache anymore, then these two came into my life and gave me hope. Again I am saying that they will outlast me. Gracie does not have stink eye, she was just waking up. She is just a little girl, she has not learned to be nasty...... YET.
I would have called them Gracie and Georgie BUT George is my first name. There were 6 Georges in my family and I always used Greg from my middle name which was Gregory-Auguste.

But she didn't wake up all sweet, she woke up with "Hmph! I wasn't done with my nap yet. Really, what is it you want?"

She looks a lot like my Miss Maggie. Who swats at the dog just because he is there. Hisses at Toby, just because he looked at her. Growls, spits and hisses at Periwinkle, why I don't know. Maybe because they are both females. The only one she likes is Jack and sometimes she hits him too.

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

    Parrotsles.

They don't care what people call themselves, as long as they worship and believe that parrots are the one true companion.

Mickey and Minnie would be kind of ironic...
Or how about Richie and Joanie from Happy Days?
    Judy and Elroy (The Jetsons)?
    Barney and Betty (The Flintstones)?

Congratulations on your new adorable ones! And ~hugs~ for your broken heart.

    Hi Brenda,
If it was just me, they would have been named already. The other half comes up with new names four or five times a day. It is driving me up the wall. Every time we agree on names "The better half" changes the names.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

A fire fighter is working on the engine outside the station when he notices a little boy next door in a little red wagon with a tiny ladders hung off the side and a garden hose tightly coiled in the middle. The boy is wearing a fire fighter's helmet and has the wagon tied to a dog and a cat. The fire fighter walks over to take a closer look. "That sure is a nice fire truck," the fire fighter says with admiration. "Thanks," says the little boy. As the fire fighter looks a little closer, he notices the boy has tied the wagon to the dog's collar and to the cat's testicles. "Little partner," the fire fighter says, "I don't want to tell you how to run your fire truck, but if you were to tie that rope around the cat's collar, I think you could go faster." The little boy says, "You're probably right, but then I wouldn't have a siren."
