    That Schwinn, I would have taken it for a spin and then sold it. What a well made bike that was I had one of those as a young teen.

    Old hifi gear sells. The only things I gave away were a pair of AR speakers. The cover had been clawed rather badly and one woofer was loose as heck.

    Marantz is good stuff. We replaced the Quads with Arcam originally, which died after five years. And I mean died. So, then bought Marantz.

    Wow. The thrifts here would have priced the receiver at about $450ish I think. Anything that is easily identifiable they search for eBay prices and go just a little below that or sometimes the same price. The only stuff you will get great deals on is stuff that’s not obviously valuable or easy to identify as valuable.
