Any jeweler worth the name does. A hack mall store guy ... yeah, no. I'd probably do it myself, but I've been using it on my own fingernails for years.

I wear screwbacks regularly. Clip-ons hurt. Screw-backs aren't that bad as long as you don't have pierced ears. If you have holes...lookout, or so I'm told. If I got holes I'd be stuck wearing 14k or nothing. With no holes I can wear bare brass for a few hours with no problem.

    Try niobium.

I'd have to get holes to do that.(LOL) frankly, I've had enough holes put in my body as it is.

I would be too. They're very beautiful and a thin gold wire wrap to secure the super glue would be excellent. Not that I could do that, nope, but someone surely can! Blooey, thank you for the instructions of how to use the superglue.

Have a jeweler super glue and then create a brace on the back with prongs for extra protection. He should be able to convert them at that point to posts if that is what you wear. They are definitely worth the time and cost. Would not advise a wire wrap, that looks too "craft show" for these fine pieces.

Agree with Penelope about the craft appearance of wire wrap.

You many not get the tops stone in, but you could put the dangles, once repaired, on kidney wire posts.... safer, they close in the back.
