My apologies but my camera is not good enough to fotograph the concoidal fractures but believe me they are there. The material is very soft because we have done a official hardness test with a special kitt. and the hardness comes to 4 on a mosh scale. And the bubbles that i saw are most likely fluit inclusions. But also to small to photograph.

 

No 'but' if it is fluorite. Fluorite has conchoidal fractures, as do some other stones.

 

Looks like we are back to the beginning, with @Any Jewelry's identification of the stone as fluorite.
