Mystery small pedestalled fruit or punch bowl, cannot find it, many searches.

    This one has me stumped. I see some similar by Anchor Hocking but so far none with the tall neck/pedestal that this has. Any ideas? Probably a simple ID for you knowledgeable guys/gals. Forgot to get the measurements, but it isn't super high from what I remember. Thank you for your time.
