I found a mystery watch fob on the FeedBag and I'm trying to figure out where I know the enameled design from. It looks like a WWI unit badge, but I"m not good enough to know whose.

That's the cross of St. Stephen. It is the coat of arms of Hungary.

"Hungary's coat-of-arms...tricolour red, white and green (meaning strength, fidelity and hope, respectively). The emblem includes a white double-barred cross, known as the St. Stephen's Cross and named after the first King of Hungary who later became Hungary's patron saint."

Aha. Thanks. It does make me wonder about the origins of that watch fob.
