    Hood string with stoppers?

    It's a toy and popular souvenir item, a sealskin Eskimo yo-yo. The idea is to get them rotating in opposite directions.

    Well, I wasn't too far off............when you hit yourself in the nose with one, it will start to run..................or bleed...................I know THAT for a fact.........

    This guy shows an example of cone shaped seal skin yo-yo, but doesn't use it in this video.

    Billy, I don't know if you are an Ebay seller, but if you say "seal skin" your listing will be immediately closed down.

    I had a set of these for sale on Ebay, didn't know the rules, it was pulled immediately. As memory serves, they even called me on the phone!
