    When I expand the the photo, the lettering is reversed so it looks like someone has struck these onto blank copper discs. using one original.
    They are not coins and I don`t recognise them as any medals.
    Very poorly made.

    Looks like someone experimenting with manufacturing fake/fantasy tokens and using chemicals to patinate them.

    Seals indeed, but poor replica's.
    Probably the ones that didn't made it; the misprints.
    They probably make more money by selling them, instead of scrap....
