Ned help on this AK KAiSER porcelain box

    Could anupne tell me the name of the pattern and age of this Kaiser box? Thank you
    Initially I thought it is a Meissen until I see the bottom

    I'm not a ceramics specialist but 'W. Germany' limits the age to 1949 - 1990.

    Petersburg is the pattern name?
    AK comes from Alka Kunst which you see in some wares from the 50s, IIRC.

    Yes, the pattern is Petersburg, according to other listings that have it on the bottoms.
