Would anyone know the identity of this signature on this Clichy Plaza etching?

To Me it reads Eugene Lautral. I cant seem to find any info on him... c1.jpg c2.jpg

    Well, I found this...

"In the years 1919-1920, Gen Paul learned the technique of engraving from Eugène Delâtre, who prints the etchings in his studio, rue Lepic. The painter makes small paintings, views of the Butte, models for aquatints whose draw depends on the success of each subject. Most unnumbered, they are sometimes signed Paul Trélade or Eugène Lautral."
