Need help identifying a mark on a porcelain raven.

    In Yorkshire it is considered bad luck to see a Magpie.
    If you salute and say “good day Mr Magpie, How is you wife?”

    It is meant to ward off bad luck.

    I just feed them.

    In Scotland , it is considered that if a Magpie is seen near a window, then there is pending death.
