Need help identifying glass plate

Hello I was wondering if anybody could help me identify this plate. It looks like a V hand painted with gold leaf paint (see photo for details) thank you

I can't help ID but wait for others to come by. Where did you get it? It looks like it may be an artisan piece to me.
