Need Help Identifying Old Tool

Discussion in 'Tools' started by Robin L. Kiskunes, Oct 27, 2023.

  1. Hi guys,

I found this old tool at an estate sale and would like to know what this is used for and the name of this old tool and perhaps what year it is from? The name imprinted on it says "C.S. Osborne & Co."

I don't know, but it is horribly reminiscent of WlWhittier's castration knife of a couple of days back, and with shears too!:nailbiting::arghh:
