Need help identifying this object

    I have had this for a long time and it was given to me by my uncle. I do not know anything about it. I am hoping someone can help identify what it is and where it may be from. It is 11cm.

    Wow...the reverse is almost as interesting as the obverse!
    An intriguing object, really...fascinating!

    Agree with Davey.

    Watched a show the other day about these Thai amulets. They offer tens of thousands of these for sale in Thailand. I am not an expert but yours appears to have some age to it, and possibly some significant value.

    Thanks for the tag, but this is not my area of interest.:sorry:
    I do know that a Phra Pidta is supposed to represent the Buddha covering his eyes. I don't see that here, but it could be a very stylized version.
