Need help identifying. Vintage/Antique time card box?

    20170202_101819.jpg 20170202_101839.jpg 20170202_101847.jpg I've been told that this is a vintage/antique time card box. Apparently you would place the time card underneath one of the springs.

    There are several flat boards on hinges with springs on them, as well as two drawers.

    Any ideas? I can't find any maker's mark or any sort of identification on this.
