Need help...what is value and how old

Well OP seems to know they have a bunch of rose mandarin, seems like it is of varying quality and age, some 19thc and some 20thc ...the Japanese plates look 1910ish to me and quite nice - I don't know the mark though, sorry

 

The first two characters look like 尻張 (Shibari) which if you decide to look up on their own, beware it is a Japanese word meaning 'binding' or 'tying' and is associated with Japanese Decorative Bondage Art.

As with all Japanese, translation of the entire phrase or sentence will give you the correct meaning, whereas translating only some of the characters can often give you a very different meaning altogether.

Perhaps the Shibari part of these characters is in reference to the decorative edging on the plates, or once the other characters are translated the entire text has its own unique meaning instead.

Unfortunately, I could only read the first two characters.

 

Makes sense as this style of plate was often adorned with ribbon woven through the openings.
