Need Help with Lobmeyr Maximillian von Mexico

I've been researching this wine ? glass and have found references linking the pattern to Maximilian of Mexico. What I'm trying to figure out is if that's the pattern name (or what the pattern name is), or how it relates to Maximilian, and when this was made. Any help appreciated! • The Royal Patron: Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian, before his tragic stint as the Emperor of Mexico, was an avid patron of the arts. He commissioned this distinguished service along with matching, incredibly ornate "Morning Glory" chandeliers.

 

The first thing that strikes me is... Maximillian was a Hapsburg and that's not a two-headed eagle. This should wet your whistle.
