Need info on a GWTW lamp.

This lamp has been in the family since the 60's when My Mom bought it at an auction at an old farm house. I do remember the original globe broke and my Mom found this lady that painted globes. It obviously is electrified but I have to change that awful white electrical cord. There are no markings anywhere to help identify it. As you can tell there are 2 different floral patterns painted on it front and back - both sides are painted the same.
Any help will be appreciated -

I'm not sure what you are asking.
The electric converter screws to the font correct? You can buy replacements.

I would put the time period somewhere around the late 1800s.

This is where Ladybranch is sorely missed.
I think of her often, but this type of question brings her quickly to mind
