Need info please

    I have a Berkey &Gay buffet. I have tried to upload file but it says it’s too large. I’m using a pic on my iPhone.
    The only number I can find on it is in a drawer that is 3000.
    Can anyone tell me anything about this piece with info provided?
    This is my first post here go easy on me.
