Neoclassical Mixed Metal Pedestal/Stand

This piece has a lot of Neoclassical going on as well as some aesthetic motifs. It is highly decorated with dolphins, cartouches, and the base with masks. This is probably pot metal or cast brass and from the underside, looks like solder repair and newer threaded rod. There is rusting to the underside which didn't look correct for bronze. For some reason I keep thinking this is an exposition piece. Does anyone have any thoughts or attributions? I feel like I have seen this before but am at a loss. Thank you!

wow....looks like same but the finish is definitely a bit more brassy. Someone could have easily distressed my clients piece to make it look aged. It is heavy like bronze but the underside sure didn't look like bronze to me......
