    should I get this? There’s a chip on the back and some wear spots on front.

    Monbijou is the pattern, it's Rosenthal. Unless it's really cheap, I'd not do it.

    OTOH it did have a half-naked girl on it. Some people are into that sort of thing; she'd make a heckuva cheesecake plate. :smug::smug::smug:
