New Aquired mixed media painting. ANY INFO??

    I didn't look at JDF's age, just wanted to point out there are similarities. I'm not saying it's correct, it may not be. Collages were popular in the 1970s, I did a few myself back then. Never since. Does not surprise me that there are no fish print collages in that body of work, but there are similarities.

    The fish print is on paper and stuck to the board. Same artist may not have pulled the fish print, but may have bastardized one.

    All I meant previously was - if the dates could be that JDF artist, you could ask email to her, ask if she painted it..

    Anyway, I hope something I've noticed about the piece has or shall help you.
    Wishing you the best to keep it or to sell it.
