New finds and a bit of Worthpoint help

First is a medal that should be as common as they come, just an image search gives a lot of results to what it is.
But what I found is a miniature medal for a recipient, 18 or 19 mm diameter and in silver.
Also a lot of detail for such a small piece. If its an oficial miniature, I cant find another, maybe a private order, Vienna hallmark. Hope someone knows a bit more info on it.

Second is a pen and pencil set my eyesight won the day with. Really low asking price and im sure I was the only one who saw the silver hallmarks.
Good buy, but i think the set didn't sell that well, or some obscure brand, cos these are the only 2 i could find that are even somewhat similar, although with just the pen. Different nib too.
