NEW FOUND PAINTING - IS THIS BY RAYMOND SOLARI?

I found this at a local thrift store - and the only R Solari I could find is a Raymond Solari, but signature I found didn't match (although both were printed).
Is this by Raymond Solari?

Nice sunny painting, should sell. Can't find a Raymond Solari, but I don't get as many North American search results as you do.
Do factory painters work with a palette knife?

I remember that 1 I've watches them all downloaded them all and watched them all within a weeks period. Had my own Star Trek Fest Week
