New to Antiques

Hi I joined this forum as I was interested in a picture my mother was chucking out it had a signature on it and it pique my interest to discover who the artist was I don’t believe they are famous or anything like that but just wanted to learn about him/her the signature was a A T Williams it looked like it was in pencil ? The picture might be a watercolour, and wanted help in how to discover the artist.

For Future reference, when posting images:

Try emailing them to yourself as "medium" size, they should then be under 1 MB!

Each image MUST be UNDER 1 MB....
There are instructions on site here on how to reduce the size of your image, if that is the problem......you are allowed up to 10 images per post!!! Here are some links to the instructions:

Please be sure and include photographs of both front and back of the work including frame and a close-up photograph of the artist's signature. Also, please post close-up photographs of any labels, stickers or handwritten notations on the back.

Having a problem making the photo size smaller, I sent to myself as attachment as recommended but the 2 pictures still come to 4.5MB any ideas, I can’t see any tabs to make attachments smaller I am sending on a iPad
