Back in January, one VERY NEAT SNEAKY little "pistol".....wonder what caliber it might have taken.....I just LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!​

I can only imagine the laughter if a person whipped that out and brandished it! You back off or I'll shoot!

Of course it could be very innocuously held in the hand right in plain sight. I wonder if it would do more damage than a BB. Will be interesting to find out if anyone knows anything about what kind of power that little thing might have.

A very interesting little curio though. I'd grab it if I found one out in the wild for a pittance.

We sold one a couple of years ago - called it a Jailer's Key pistol

 

This one looked like it had a heckuva kick!!!!!!!!!!

Those key pistols are very rare if their real! Only thing better would to have the lock to go with it!

 

Pawn Stars had a segment on one of these a while ago. Just imagine it as a smaller caliber flintlock. Meaning less weight, but higher potential muzzle velocity.

 

Personally, I would never shoot the thing. Flintlocks have a bad tendency to blow up in your hands if they aren't properly maintained.

The 'KEY' gun IS....the tiny little gun with the quarter in the picture & loop on the end IS a cap gun!!! Started to get a little confusing!!
