It is a heavily painted subject by artists from around the world.
I visited it 33 years ago and there were many artists drawing and painting it then.

In fact this is me in red at the very scene.

 

So have I.

15 visits to Rhodes in the last 33 years, only one to the Acropolis though, its a hell of a walk up there unless you go by donkey and after all its only a pile of old stones that have fallen down
