Old Framed Porcelain Pins with metal art

    Plaque would be a better word than pin. They typically date to either side of World War II. And they're described as "Fragonard" because painting in the style of that French painter. Value is decorative. Search terms "Fragonard porcelain wall plaque" will bring up other examples.

    They're "signed" Fragonard, but the images are most likely decals. Fragonard himself died shortly after 1800. ;)

    I have a bit a problem with them as well. on the left hand one I see metal pins sticking out of the backside. I'd have a look if it's real enamel on metal before selling.
    I recently had the experience of a Limoges "enamel" that was carton boards cut in circles with a decal on it and a bit painted.
    if it's enamel I see a price of 50 to 60 €.

    The scenes are generally referred to as "courting couple." When you compare them to a genuine Fragonard, you can see how simplistic they are. Period is Rococo, by way.

    then it gets even more questionable for me. how do those staplers hold on what ?

    I think the "staples" are holding the metal accent pieces, not the porcelain plaques.
