I bought this beaded garland last year before Christmas and put it in the shop at about $28.00. Reduced it just before Christmas and drastically again just after Christmas without takers. I raised it back up in Feb. and kept it in the shop at $19.00 thinking, if the right person came along, they would recognize it as good and old. I eventually reduced it down to $14.50 this past Summer, and still no takers. I decided to pull it recently to try it on ebay this season since I really think it is better than what the locals see in it ....... or don't see in it

I can't find anything like it for comparison. The glass beads are solid and have variation in color. There are flattened pressed leaves interspersed throughout. There is a double steel wire down the length of the garland and the beads are attached to this with finer wire with bead projections out from the core. A lot of the beads are bunched in to the center but can be bent out so that this has more dimensionality than what can be seen in the pics (Hope this makes sense). Overall length is just slightly over 5' and it has a bit of weight to it.

My gut reactions says this is Czech. What do others think? Anyone see or find anything quite like it? Any idea of age? Value? How best to market it on ebay?
