Old looking scale help

    Hi, I picked up this german scale today and was wondering if anyone knew what brand it is and when it was manufactured as I’m struggling to find anything about it. The writing on the moving piece say “Nur am Knopf drehen” which means “just turn the knob”.

    Thank you so much for the help! I didn’t know it was a baby scale I bought it from a charity shop, I’ll try and see when it was produced
