It looks like laid paper (which is good and consistent with a 1700 publication date, as noted in the references). Also good to have the crease down the middle, meaning it was probably once bound into an atlas. You can find several copies online, searching under "A New Map of Europe According to its Ancient General Divisions". Some are hand colored.
